ENC1 1080P HD h 265 video codec which is studied, It is a one channel of 1080P embedded video and audio hardware codec. It applies H 265 and H 264 encoding standard.Hardware h 265 encoders use independent SOC chips to encode and push video and audio signals, the ENC1 hevc hdmi video encoder encoding algorithm is used to transmit it to the network in the form of network packets.
